Young Scientists Festival

In this edition, out of 601 registered applications, 12 ideas in the Idea Section and 5 ideas in the Startup Section were selected as final winners, while 27 ideas received honorable mentions. Additionally, the selected projects in the Idea Section received a total of 2.44 billion rials, the projects in the Startups category received a total of 2.25 billion rials, and the Outstanding Young Faculty Member awardees received a total of 700 million rials in research grants from the Jamili Science and Technology Foundation.

Furthermore, the Vice Presidency for Science, Technology and the Knowledge-Based Economy granted support funds to 3 idea generators and 1 startup team.

Ten percent of all the grants were paid out as prizes to the winners in each category during the closing ceremony.
