The Young Scientists Festival is an annual event that aims to identify and support young ideators, entrepreneurs and researchers. With the support of the Jamili Science and Technology Foundation, this festival provides a platform for transforming scientific ideas into start-up businesses and facilitates the path to commercialization of innovative ideas in the field of Basic Sciences at the national and international levels.
YSF aims to motivate young people to create new ideas in the fields of Biology, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Computer Sciences & Artificial Intelligence, and Physics that lead to new discoveries and inventions, in order to facilitate the path to commercializing ideas, creating employment, and completing the innovation cycle.
From Idea to Implementation with the Support of Jamili Science and Technology Foundation
The idea of holding this festival was initiated in 2016 by Jamili Science and Technology Foundation with the aim of supporting innovation and idea-based businesses. This festival has been held annually since 2017, and so far, thousands of scientific ideas have been registered by young people, many of which have reached the implementation stage with the support of the foundation for the progress of the project. Participants, individually and in groups, have the opportunity to grow and develop in this festival in various fields of Basic Sciences in the Idea section, in addition to Start-up Section.
