The closing ceremony of the second Young Scientists Festival was held on November 28, 2018. Following the three-day Startup Weekend event, 6 submissions out of 637 registered entries were selected as final winners, and 45 were recognized with honorable mentions. In addition, the selected projects received a combined support grant of 1.5 billion rials from the Jamili Foundation for Science and Technology.
