On Monday, July 27, 2026, a meeting was held at the Secretariat of the Young Scientists Festival with Dr. Siamak Yasemi, one of Iran’s distinguished and enduring figures in the field of mathematics, to explore opportunities for expanding the festival’s scientific and international collaboration.

The meeting highlighted the Festival’s role in identifying and supporting innovative ideas and scientific talent across the country. Particular emphasis was placed on leveraging the expertise of distinguished scientists and leading academics to further strengthen the Festival’s scientific standing and expand its international presence.

The discussions also covered the plans and strategic approaches of the 10th edition of the Festival, with particular emphasis on expanding international collaboration, strengthening engagement with universities and scientific institutions worldwide, and broadening the network of collaboration with Iranian and international scientists.

The meeting also addressed proposals for expanding scientific collaboration, strengthening ties with international universities and scientific associations, leveraging the expertise of Iranian scholars both within the country and abroad, and enhancing the Festival’s international standing. Readiness was also expressed to support the Festival’s efforts in expanding its international collaborations.
